How to Delete Undeletable Files

Sometimes we got struggle with Unwanted Files can not be deletable. We got message like “This program is in use” or anything other (Please check the undeletable file really using by others or Other Programs that's file maybe in downloading or using by someone else) . If you want get answer this question. Yes you have got answer. Here you got two options to delete undeletable files

First Option

  • Yes you can delete undeletable files using this simple tips
  • If you confirm which file you want to delete then close all programs to avoid other troubles.
  • Then Go to Task Manager by doing this. Open Start —> Run —> taskmgr
  • Goto Process Table —> Exlplorer.exe {Find it by typing e}
  • Then Right Click on Expolrer.exe
  • Then Select End Process (When you selected End Process you taskbar gone off. Don’t close your task manger)

  • Then Goto File —> New Task Run (On your task manager)

  • Then Type “explorer.exe” (without quotes) and press Ok.
  • Select you file which cann’t be deleted (Select undeletable file) and try to delete. Now that file surely get delete.
Second Option

By using Safe Mode with Command Prompt. Make sure while you doing this method Don’t make any mistakes. Because your computer will be gone off. Lets start steps 
  • First find the file path of your undeletable file.(Ex: if your file name is vetri.txt and if it in the My Documents then the complete address will be “C:\Documents and Setting\Username\My Documents\Your File)
  • Write down it in paper
  • Restart your computer
  • When it boots press F8 key
  • There you will find Advanced Boot Options menu
  • Then goto Safe Mode with Command Prompt section
  • Now your computer boots in DOS prompt.
  • Then type cd C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\Your File
  • Then type del your file name (Exe: your file names is “Margrate Resume” then type “del Margrate Resume” (without quotes)
  • That’s all. Now your unwanted file is deleted

Some people want to hide them Hard drives, is this possible to do that?
Yes you can do that by without any software help.
Follow the step given below

Ø   Step 1:
     Type “CMD” in Run dialog box (Click Start button to get Run dialog box)

Ø   Step 2:
     Then you will get a window like Black Screen. After you getting that black screen window type

     DISKPART

Ø   Step 3:
After enter the above command enter LIST  VOLUME

Ø   Step 4:
Then select hard drive which you want to hide with this is command SELECT  VOLUME 1 (volume 1 means the number you can see the left side of the drive C or D. There D drive has defined by a  number (ex: 1) that’s only the command is SELECT  VOLUME  1

Ø   Step 5:

Finally type command REMOVE  LETTER  D that’s all your drive will be hide. If you want to unhide the drive follow the above 4 steps again and for the 5 step use this command
ASSIGN  LETTER  D. That’s all your drive will be successfully unhide. Enjoy.......................................

Lets See How to Restore
  •  Access system restore point by the help center or support center by doing this
    • Click Start —> Help and Center Support —> Performance and Maintenance  —> Using System Restore and Undo Changes —> Run The System Restore Wizard.
    • And then click Create a Restore Point then click Next. There you can see Restore Point Description box. Here type any name to identify this Restore Point after. Thats it System automatically created to this name, date and times. Thats all Restore Point will be created when you press the Create button.
    • If you want to go back you can also do that clicking Back button.
    • You can also cancel this process by clicking Cancel button.
      • To view or return to this restore point from Welcome to System Restore of the System Restore Wizard select Restore my computer to an earlier time then select the date from the calender when the restore point was created. All of the  Restore Points that were created on the selected data are listed by name in the list box to right of the calender.
Advanced Restore Options
    • First open Backup (Click Start —> All Programs —> Accessories —> System Tools —> Backup) the Backup Wizard open, unless otherwise it is disabled.
    • Then click Advanced Mode button on the Backup Wizard.
    • Then click Restore and Mange Media menu and select the file to restore.
    • Click the Start Restore button
    • On the Confirm Restore dialog box click Advanced
    • Set the advanced restore option you want, add then click ok. Look the note section for a description of a each section

Notes: Before making anythings with Regedit better make up a full Regedit backup. For Doing this open Regedit as given below and open File Menu and click Export option and save it wherever you want.     HKEY_CURRENT_USER —> SOFTWARE —> MICROSOFT —> WINDOWS —> CURRENT VERSION —> POLICES —> EXPLORER

3) Then Right click on the Right Side panel and add a NEW —> DWORD

4) Then name it NO DESKTOP (give whatever name you want)

5) Give it VALUE of 1

6) Thats all. After finishing above steps just Logeoff  or Reboot your system

7) Now all your system icons are Hide
