Disable Run or Find option from the Menu

Before making anythings with Regedit better make up a full Regedit backup. For Doing this open Regedit as given below and open File Menu and click Export option and save it wherever you want. If anything you did wrong in Regedit while editing its components after export you could Imports it using Same File menu option with Import option and select the already you have saved file (the file which you saved while you made export option  

1) Go to Start —> Run —> type Regedit

2) The go

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER —> SOFTWARE —> MICROSOFT  —> WINDOWS —> CURRENT VERSION—>POLICEIS—>EXPLORER

3) Then in the right side panel right click  add NEW —> DWORD

4) Then rename into No File or No Run (what you want you can give the name) and set it Value as 1

5) Now close the Regedit and restart you computer.

6) And finally Reboot your system
